Online support
We work with companies and with individual customers on a 100% prepayment basis. You top up the account balance first, and messages are charged against that balance as they are sent. There is no setup fee and no subscription fee.
All available options are located in the Finance section of your personal account, where you can pay online or generate and download an invoice.
You can top up your balance online with a Visa or Mastercard bank card. Card details are entered on a secure page of the payment processing system: your confidential data never reaches us, processing is protected under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and the transaction is transmitted over SSL. Details are set out in our online payment security policy.
Corporate customers can download an invoice straight from the personal account and settle it by bank transfer. The balance is credited once the funds are received. If your company needs a signed contract or particular invoicing details, write to info@alphasms.net and we will prepare the documents.
Accounts on alphasms.net are billed in euro (EUR). Current rates by destination are published on the pricing page; for large or recurring volumes the rate is agreed individually - just tell us the destinations and the expected monthly volume.
If a top-up does not appear on your balance, send us the payment reference at info@alphasms.net and we will trace it.
