How do I send out SMS messages?
Answer: Register, add the sender ID (alpha name), upload customer contacts, create a message, and launch sending. Messages will be sent within a few minutes.
What can be the sender ID (alpha name)?
Answer: You can enter the name of your company or brand as the sender ID. You can submit a request for the sender ID in your personal account - section «Messaging» in the tab «Names». The sender ID should be from 3 to 11 characters in Latin.
How can I pay for Bulk SMS?
Answer: You can top up your balance by downloading bill on the site or using online payment. All available options are located in the Finance section of your personal account.
How do I find out that my SMS messages have been delivered?
Answer: We provide reports on all of your sendings. You can view them in the Reports section of your personal account. You can also export reports in CSV format.
How many characters are there in one SMS message?
Answer: One SMS contains 70 characters in Cyrillic or 160 characters in Latin. If the number of characters exceeds the specified amount, each subsequent part will be charged as a separate message. In the Messaging section, you can always check your text for the number of characters and component parts.
Is Bulk SMS possible only in Ukraine?

Can you guarantee the safety of our customer base?
Answer: Both in a public agreement (offer) and in a contract for legal entities, we specify the confidentiality of your data in a separate clause. Your data is a trade secret and is not subject to disclosure.
How many characters can be used in a single SMS message?
Answer: A single SMS message can contain up to 70 Cyrillic characters or 160 Latin characters. If the message exceeds this limit, it will be split into multiple SMS parts. Each part may contain up to 67 Cyrillic characters or 153 Latin characters. However, it is not recommended to send more than 5 parts in a single message (that is, a maximum of 335 Cyrillic characters or 765 Latin characters).
