How to top up your balance

Topping up your account

Sign in to your personal account.
Open the Finance section - it lists every top-up option available for your account.
Enter the amount you want to add and confirm it.
Pay online with a Visa or Mastercard bank card, or download an invoice and settle it by bank transfer.

Card payments are processed on a secure page of the payment provider: the card details are entered there and never reach our servers. See the online payment security policy for details.

Online payments are credited automatically as soon as the transaction is confirmed; invoice payments are credited once the funds arrive. Keep the payment reference - if the top-up is not reflected on your balance, send it to info@alphasms.net and we will trace the payment.
