Examples of A2P messages include notifications, transaction confirmations, codes for two-factor authentication, and marketing mailings.
Another important difference is the volume and frequency of messages sent. P2P messages are sent in smaller volumes, often at long intervals, whereas A2P messages can be sent in large quantities and automatically, requiring different infrastructure and rates from operators.
