Enter the parameters from AlphaSMS:
Login - the phone number to which the user account on the AlphaSMS website is registered
Password - the password to the AlphaSMS personal account
API key - can be generated in the Settings menu (API tab)
SMS sender name: previously agreed (registered) alpha-numeric name
Viber sender name: a specially registered name for sending messages on Viber
