Installation instructions

Go to "Settings" → "Communications" → "Chats / SMS / Email" tab. The section will display a list of connected channels. At the end of the list, click "Add new channel".

In the opened window:

Name - specify a name for the channel;
Channel - select the SMS channel type from the list;
SMS Provider - select AlphaSMS;
Sender name - specify the alpha name that you copied from your AlphaSMS account;
API key - specify the API token that you copied from your AlphaSMS account;
Viber priority - turn on the switch if necessary so that the message is sent to Viber first. If the message was not delivered, it will be sent as an SMS;
Viber sender name — specify the sender name for Viber, which can be copied to your AlphaSMS account.
