Installation instructions

1. Register for AlphaSMS
   • Go to the AlphaSMS website and register.
   • Top up your balance or use test messages.
   • Get an API key in the AlphaSMS account in the API section.
2. Settings in Torgsoft
   • Launch Torgsoft and go to "Settings → Internet services → SMS-mailing".
   • In the window, select "AlphaSMS" as the SMS-service provider.
   • Enter:
     API-key (received in AlphaSMS),
     Sender's name (must be registered in AlphaSMS).
   • Click "Save" and test sending the message.
3. Setting up automatic SMS
   • Go to "Marketing → SMS-mailing".
   • Select the types of messages you want to send:
     Notifications about changing the status of the order.
     Reminders about unpaid bills.
     Birthday greetings.
     Notifications about promotions and discounts.
   • Set up message templates (for example, "Your order No.{order_id} is ready. We are waiting for you!").
   • Save settings.
4. Sending a test SMS
   • Enter the test phone number and send the SMS.
   • Make sure the message is delivered.
   • View the report in your AlphaSMS account.
